Permission is granted to download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title.
My Cozy Plant provides frost alerts based on third-party weather forecasting data provided by Open-Meteo. While we strive for accuracy, weather prediction is inherently uncertain.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damage to plants, crops, or property resulting from frost or weather events, even if the app failed to predict them. The app is a tool to assist you, but final gardening decisions are yours.
The "Pro" plan is an optional paid subscription. Payments will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Play Store account settings.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
