My Cozy Plant provides automated gardening advice, including watering suggestions (ET0) and frost buffers for potted plants, based on mathematical models and third-party data. These are tools for guidance only. Factors like soil type, drainage, and specific plant health vary wildly.
2. Disclaimer of Liability
We accept no liability for plant loss, over-watering, under-watering, or property damage resulting from the use of the app's alerts or advice. Weather prediction is inherently uncertain and microclimates vary. Final gardening decisions are yours alone.
3. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. We do not handle refunds directly; please contact the respective App Store for billing issues.
4. Use License
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the app. You may not attempt to extract the source code or reverse-engineer the botanical logic algorithms.
